Global Reporting has a large network in many countries within what is often referred to as the Global South. We have connections with journalists, human rights activists, and individuals advocating for the rights of Indigenous peoples.

Through this network, we can help companies establish contact and dialogue with credible activists, organizations, media representatives, and others who can guide them in navigating complex issues. These connections also foster dialogue between businesses and civil society/local communities in the operating countries and regions.

We can assist you with:

  • Compiling reports and studies that incorporate the perspectives of local communities and activists on controversial issues, providing you with an “early warning” system for potential problems and risks.
  • Connecting you with civil society and other key actors in the countries where your operations are planned.
  • Acting as mediators by organizing trust-based conversations and discussions between different stakeholders on-site in the respective countries.
  • Delivering lectures on countries and regions where we have great expertise.
